Before you run any traffic, add your own tracking domain under Settings → Domains. Shared domains get flagged by ad networks, and a flagged domain costs you campaigns. See Custom Domains.

The parts people get stuck on

Most support requests come down to one of these. If something isn’t tracking, start here.
Almost always the postback. Your offer URL has to carry the ClickFlare click ID in the parameter your network expects, and the postback URL you give the network has to use ClickFlare’s parameters with that network’s macros.
Redirect sends the visitor through a ClickFlare URL. Direct keeps them on your own page and reports with a script. Which you pick changes how you set the campaign up and where the script goes.
Getting traffic source data into ClickFlare, and getting ClickFlare’s data back out to your network and your ad platform.
Use your own domain, never a shared one. These cover adding it and pointing DNS at ClickFlare.
